- Unique Constructions is a modern construction company based in Lefkada, founded in 2022 by the Civil Engineer Evangelo Thermo. With basic principles of quality, consistency and professionalism, the company is active in the design, construction and management of technical projects, offering integrated solutions that meet modern requirements.
Our goal is to create projects that combine aesthetics, functionality and high construction quality. Each project is treated with responsibility and attention to detail, from the initial design to its final implementation.
With the needs of each client in mind, we approach every collaboration with professionalism and consistency, offering solutions that stand out for their excellence and timeless value.

Our Team

The Unique Constructions team consists of two engineers, an architect and an economist, combining technical knowledge, creativity and proper organization. Through the collaboration of different specialties, we ensure a comprehensive approach to each project, from design to delivery.
